What are the SPECIFIC bennifits of SL to one's own rock climbing? Better balance helps in every sport, and can be worked towards and achieved in a wide variety of ways. What I am wondering is how SL set its self apart as a prime conditioning method for rock climbing? Not trying to start an arguement, simply interested in the facts.

I know when i tried to walk the line for about an hour I could feel it the next day. Definately works the stabilization/balance muscles. Plus its fun, I hope that counts for something. 8)
