I used to be able to find the "view the area this topic is about" link in topics related to a specific area, but now when I view one of these topics (specifically this one) I see no link anywhere. Am I being slow and missing it, or has it disappeared?

Agreed... Please add this to the "Bug Tracker", and Tim will get to it.
