whers a good place on the web where i can order a set of training rings.

Try Metolius' website. I have a pair of their rock rings and luv 'em. Get kicked off the net? Do a few moves while you reconnect. On the way from that room to this room? Leap up and pull a few. Pissed at the dog? You get the idea. Make sure to anchor them in joists, dead center, and figure on a 10x safety factor when you look at the weight rating on the eyebolts, unless you want to always have to play nice on them. Use some old biners to connect the ropes to the bolts since they stretch and the knots are hard to adjust once you weight them.

www.mgear.com its a good site, has lots of gear on it, check it out. its has some training rings on there.
