I recently learned that the Stamford GV is no longer affiliated with the Philly GV. I discovered this when I went there (Stamford) and ended up paying a bit more than what the GV site says (www.govertical.com - Stamford). When I observed that discrepancy, I was informed of the separation. It's a good gym, but $17 for a day pass (sans gear - just the pass) is a bit steep.
Can anyone confirm this, and perhaps why?
