Hi all.. there's a new site call climbgecko. It's still under construction due to lack of information. I think that's the first one in malaysia that concentrated only on climbing. We need all senior climbers out there to give info and help to update the site. Visit the site at www.climbgecko.com

hey silverpin i just checked your new site. you want a honest feedback? make sure that your site gets faster, much faster, otherwise people will not visit you again. you could have pasted and copied infos from other webistes and books if you were really desperate for info. but i would have done that BEFORE i would have started the site. basically you do not provide any info at all. in general it is ambitious but also hard to start a website with so many topics and such a huge navigation bar. you really risk that people get pissed off when they will try to navigate through, only to learn that the site is basically empty. i hope your plan works to involve people and motivate them to contribute. however, i am of the opinion that you should be able to kick start the site with your very own source of info and make an effort to be the initiative force. don't count on senior climbers alone. anyway, good luck for your brave project

hey, looks like it could be quite sucessful if... as blocx said.. all the empty pages are filled... the empty links could get quite annoying... i like the layout and overall design of the site though.. great initiative to get it started, but try to fill out the empty links quick.. speed was not a problem for me though...

looks nice and speed is fine for me. you should make it multi-language. and fill the pages, to many empty pages.
