The only place That Ive been to on your list is the New..climbed at somersville this spring. Me and a friend drove down to WV from upstate NY for spring break. Climbed all week and managed to spend about 200$ total..including gas. When is your spring break? There may be a group of us from RPI driving down to WV for our break. There is free camping at somersville and someone told me that there is camping for 5$ a night closer to the New. WV certainly has more than its share of crags, so youve got more options that you could possible need for a week.

The primary issue that you will face with your ideas is RAIN!!! You may have perfect weather, but it is fairly unlikely. I made three spring break trips to the Red when in college. We got some climbing in on each one, but we also got some rain.

Every year, we waited until the last minute to pick the exact location, opting for whichever had the best weather forcast.

As far as cheapest, Miguels at the Red is cheaper than Rogers at the New, but you'll have to drive farther...

I would just watch the weather if I were you.

I'd say go to the Red

Sometimes it's really rainy here during spring break and sometimes not. This year I think I got to climb almost every day.

There are still places you can climb if it rains at the Red...not sure about the New though.
