go to the seclimbers.org message board or email Brad McLeod for the answers. My guess is that the preregistration $$ is due a couple of days before the comp. Yes you can climb if you spectate and i think you get lunch if you pay the spectator fee.

i would guess you could pay the spectator fee when you get there, but i'd ask brad. see you there if you decide to go...
