I'm looking for a term to describe when you come off the rock with all but one hand and then pendulum from that arm until you can get something going again.

Who's got a good one?

howabout, its called losing a hold and "BARNDOORING"....seriously though, that phrase has been around a long time....despite that fact that orangatagued is pretty bitchin....

i thought they had a term for that...i could have sworn i seen it in a climbing mag one about soloing and i think john long was watching the guie do the solo at the time and he cut everything lose except one hand hanging there and got back on fakeing everyone out i thought they used a term for it but can't remember. oh well i am probablly wrong.
