I'm a beginner sport climber with interests in trad climbing as well. Just moved to Corvallis and want to find a climbing partner to climb with at the new climbing gym at OSU and also at Smith Rock in the spring.

I'm in Salem, But would definately be up to helping you aong the climbing way. I lead trad and sport and am like to climb any grade as long as i'm having fun. My girlfriend is a beginning trad leader so you'd be welcome to come along anytime we head to Smith.

I would like to learn how to triad climb, just let me know when you want to meet and climb. There is a new indoor gym here in corvallis that is decent. I am also going to hike around and see if there is any unknown bouldering sites around here. Thanks again for the offer. Also I dont know how the climbing area or gyms are in Salem but I will be there this weekend if you want to meet up at an indoor wall or somthing.

Other than a crappy gym at a private health club, Salem climbers are SOL. Betaben and I will be at Smith this weekend anyway ... sorry.
(His beginner trad climber girlfriend)

I'm also in need of Corvallis partners (bouldering solo is getting old...and I can't exactly belay myself at the gym), so anybody who makes it to the Oregon State climbing center, drop me a line if you need a belay slave or a spotter...as long as I get to climb a bit, too. :D :shock:

I would like to climb with you, I dont know how to lead climb or trad. I am safe and I learn fast and would like to climb with someone who I could watch doing routs harder than I do. So let me know when you want to go to Dixon if you want a partner. Also are you going or compenting by any chance at the Verticle Festival this weekend?

I'm at the gym almost everyday so if you want to meet up just let me know. I will be competing in the Vertical Festival this weekend. So if you want to watch someone flail around on problems too hard for him stop by around 10:30 this sat :lol: .
