Here's my proposal for a new reality t.v. show.
Place 2 boulderers, 2 sport climbers, 2 trad climbers, 2 mountaineers and 2 weekend warriors in a house together. They all live there for a month limited to an indoor bouldering wall, a couple rolling hills, a small diversified crag and a nearby farmers market. After the month is over throw in 2 Noobs, 4 super hot girls (assuming the climbers are all guys) a playstation and lots of beer. What's your prediction on what would happen?

None of the climbers would get it on with the girls because they were too much makeup and had never been in the mountains in their life. The climbers would spend too much money on gear and not enough on keeping the girls up. The hot chicks would eventually resort to girl-on-girl action. Naturally all the climbers would take their gear, tie up the noobs and suddenly find they were unable to speak or climb properly as they drooled profusely.

Well no one said that. If thats the case, then all the climbing gear would be used for interested, yet censorable S&M bondage games in which the trad hot chick wear nothing at all, since they're so in shape.

Sweet idea.
I wanted to put together a program called "Rock Chicks". It would feature a lot of really sweet hard climber girls like jude spancken, lu bareiss, lu creamer and so on.
And...well.... that's about it actually, I hadn't got any further than that.

no way, put them out in the desert somewhere - survivor style, challenges will play upon various climbing and wilderness themes. maybe involve access work, fundraising for the ASCA, or blowing up glen canyon dam.
though, i would secretly hope that mainstream audiences wouldnt like it much.

I said it should take place in Omaha, because there is nothing but an indoor wall, rolling hills (if that is what you want to call them) a small crag (3 + hrs away) and a farmers market.

It is perfect. . . . if you put them in the desert the weekend warriors might actually learn something, and we can't have them screwing up the balance.

yeah, i just think it would be interesting if they were in more of a wilderness setting. i dont watch tv anyways, though .. so i doubt that the networks care much about my thoughts on the matter.

Ah, thats it... the show should be 4 hot naked female climbers in Omaha and the struggles they go through to simply find something to climb.
In the season finale, they are unable to find anything worthwhile to climb except into bed, and thus must resort to girl-on-girl action. 8)

How about they have to do a climb together?
Like say, um, the first winter ascent of Mt. Hooker in the Wind River Range.
There is a real Mt. Hooker, check it out, nice long approach, bad weather, multi day wall, personality conflicts, coalitions, clicks etc.
