Just relocated to Phoenix, looking to get out and climb something! Trad to 5.8, sport to 5.10 and TR\follow to 5.11+... but I love getting out there and enjoy all levels. I've got gear, transportation and week-ends.. all I need is a climbing partner! Willing to drive out to Tucson or Flagstaff during the sweltering summer months. My preference is trad climbing but I'll take what I can get.

Leave me a note or send me an email at jlayani(at)hotmail(dot)com

Later,
Johnny.

I just moved up here from the Old Pueblo (Tucson). My advise: Get outta town and move to Tucson before the Phoenix Metro area gives you the wrong impression of AZ! (Or just take off for Flag, Sedona, Prescott, or Superior...) Sorry... I'm a zoney thru and true, just not a fan of Phoenix. But if you want some climbing beta about the Tucson area, ask away!

Well then maybe you should follow your own advise.

Hi, I am visiting Arizona for a couple of weeks and I would like to do some outdoor sport climbing anywhere in Arizona. I am climbing well at around 5.11 sport lead, and 6a on a good day 8) . I would also be up for climbing at a local indoor gym. I am free during the week since I am on vacation, so give me a call if interested. Cell: 623-5217657

Hey there.

I just moved to Phoenix a few days ago, coming from the blackforrest in Germany. By now I do not know any people here. So I would love to meet up with someone to go climbing or bouldering somewhere. In Germany I was working as an outdoor-guide and taught kids how to climb and take care of each other. Besides of that I climbed on my own since two years. sport, traditional, alpin, ... lead and follow (5.10a). I brought my harness, shoes, chalk and some "safety-gear" (I don't know the American word ;) ) with me to the USA. I do not have a car, but enough time to drive somewhere, if there's someone or a group of climbers who want to go somewhere else than phoenix. It would be really nice to get to known to some climbers, mountain-wolves, outdoors, ... ;)

If you need someone for climbing or are willing to take me with you, just send me a message: tv.kunde@gmail.com

I am so looking forward :) Thx Tanya
