Go straight to camp 4 with a 12 pack of beer. Be friendly and funny.

Starting to cool down, can be rainy. The large crowds of tourists are gone. Still climbers but not as many as a few weeks ago. Post a message on the camp 4 board and walk around at night asking for partners.

High unlikely to have sustained periods of rain except thunderstorms in the high country. October is one of the most ideal months for Yosemite except that days get a bit shorter. Trees are now starting to turn color. Cool mornings but radiant days. Yeah, lots of climber but fewer tourist. Have a great trip Karl
