I always use baby powder. But if your going to use chalk, use petzel's chalk it's alot finer then most.

The goldbond challenge is the only way to go!! But chalk works well in the shoes if they get to slimy. However if you use oder eaters in your shoes it dries them out and the smell good. Gets rid of that dead raccoon smell every time.
