We were planning a trip to Bishop from Oregon over MLK weekend, but it seems snow might keep us from getting there in a reasonable amount of time. What are some good winter bouldering destination near OR. By "near OR" I mean no longer than a 15 hour drive. thanks

given where you are, if snow is gong to slow your arrival to bishop, then it is likely going to slow any other trip, as you will start by heading south to almost any other area.....unless you want to come freeze up here in squamish territory...........

Don't be a puss, get in your lifted ford explorer with your studded tires, smoke a bowl, and go climbing!

Brush the snow off the local boulders, pack some handwarmers in the chalkbags, and send. I love bouldering with snow on the ground. The friction is awesome, and you want to keep getting on so that you can stay warm.
