Started climbing in the mid-eighties, with a few hardcores in the Little Rock area (Pre-Chenal). We bouldered and soloed on Pinnacle, top roped at Rattlesnake ridge, and trad climbed at Magazine and Red Rocks. I quit to race my bike, had kids, who, unfortunately, don't care about racing bikes, but do like climbing. I've also done some Alpine stuff that whetted my appetite for longer, harder trips above tree line.
So now I am back to climbing. I race Cat 1, which is akin to 5.13D climbing, maybe harder. Don't know if I'll ever reach that level of climbing proficiency, but I am going to have fun!
