Hmmm... about myself, well I'm originally from Perth (Australia) but have now moved to Melbourne for university. Love climbing outdoors and indoors. Having said that I somehow managed to stop climbing totally for two years and have just rediscovered my passion for climbing in the last month.
I'm a bit of a self-confessed sport weenie! I love my bolts. Actually that's not entirely true, I do enjoy gear routes as well, having spent many a fun day on easy classics at Arapiles. So far I've only climbed in Australia (but that will soon change once I set off on my RTW trip) - climbed at Araps, the Grampians, local Melbourne crags, local Perth crags, some other crags in Western Australia (Willyabrup, Bob's Hollow, Kalbarri), Point Perpendicular and Nowra.
I'm taking a year off uni next year and hoping to travel around the world from the end of May 2007 to June 2008 and hopefully doing some climbing along the way. Hoping to hit the crags of the US, South America, South Africa, Morocco, Croatia and Greece along the way. So look forward to making many new friends and climbing in some cool places. ::UPDATE:: I have now got my flights, Arrive Windhoek 21st May, depart Nairobi 10th Sept arrive Los Angeles 11th Sep, depart LA and arrive in Lima 16th October, depart Rio and arrive Madrid 16th Jan :: Woo hoo can't wait!
