nice clean cut pack. easily hold harness, shoes, hat, gloves, parka, trad rack, water, snacks and a rope draped over the top sinched down with the top side compresion straps. big enough to hold a days worth of trad crag gear and small enough so that you arn't inclided to overpack. i like the single daisy chain so i can keep my camera, water and shoes clipped to the outside. wears comfy and holds the weight of a heavy rack/rope well.

Roomy and comfortable. Can't compare it to other packs because this is the only one I've used, but it works great for me. Holds my rack, harness, helmet, and maybe shove a fleece in. Shoes get hooked on back and I hook my nalgenes on with key chain biners to the compression straps (mesh pockets are nice in theory but this way I don't have to worry about the bottle(s) falling off.) Not big enough to carry the rope too, but I use a metolius bag which I carry over my head/shoulder so that I don't have to put my rope on the ground. Also use it as my gym bag; thinking of buying another so that one can be for the gym and one for trad stuff. Hip strap very convenient.

Very roomy, comfortable pack. The only draw back is the side panel pockets are almost to small for a nalgene bottle.
