This product is great when you're injured or well. I bought it because I was stuck on crutches after a bad fall and it kept my upper body in shape. I tied it to the pull bar in my apartment.

Use these rings all the time at the local wall. Somewhat limited as far as different holds, yet somehow more enjoyable to use than a hangboard. I guess its the swinging motion to be completely honest. Just always find myself gravitating towards them in between climbs. Must get a set for the backyard.

Great for places without much space. I don't have a spot for them in my apartment, so I just wrap a couple slings around a step in the stairwell of my tower. The only problem i've had is with the "jugs" on top. When i hang on them they turn towards me so they end up being slopers.

Rock Rings are great because you can pretty much use them anywhere. I used mine all the time at college. It was easy to just hang them up in a tree, and get a quick burn between classes.

i just bought mine and have them hung in my room, they are very fun. its fun to hang upside down from them. Having hands on the different ledges is deffinitely different. Well worth the purchase. My goal is to do a one are pull up on the 3 finger ledge.
