Lizard Head from the trailheadThis is Lizard Head - the hardest peak in Colorado. It is about 13,100' high or so, and is notorious for being very, very loose. A classic not to be missed for people with a few loose screws.

Wetterhorn Peak, SE RidgeThe route goes up the left skyline, and in front of the shiprock and through the second notch to the crux.
The crux consists of 150 feet scrambling up good sized sandy ledges over ~1200' of exposure.
Even a few steps off route will have you making 5th class moves, and the crumbly rock probably won't hold a fall. Look carefully for the cairns, many are in unexpected places.
