After a cozy nights bivvy dawn broke over the mountains, lighting up our intended route. Tom is looking amped and ready to romp up the Sharks Tooth.

Here is Sharks Tooth as viewed from our bivy site. We got chased off this mountain by a sudden sleet storm that lasted well over an hour. Taken with a Sony DSC-F717 by Ian Powell.

While climbing the northeast Arete of the Sharks Tooth we got a spetacular view looking down on the Petit Grepon and could clearly see the North Face or the decent route. The Saber is on the left and Longs Peak was peaking out from behind some clound at the top center of the picture.
