This photo was taken on November 8 2003.....just two days before the entire Sierra Nevada got hit with a huge snow storm. Note the t-shirt and shorts....temps in the high 70's and brilliant blue skies!

A worthy climb that requires 5.9 slab skills. The crux is just before the last bolt, near a small overlap.

On a recent trip to Courtright Osa and I paid a visit to Dog Tooth peak, WE did a little route called Look Out, After doing the route I can see why it's called look out, I have to teach Osa to yell out rock when she leads and dose any one know where to get a doggie helmet? Well after several pitches we made the summit and here is a photo of Osa looking back to Courtright from atop Dog Tooth peak .

Much of the protection on "A Little Nukey" utilizes the fairly unique solution pockets that pepper the rock. In addition to skinny slings, bring several small tricams to supplement your draws.

Nice, reasonable slab climbing. Good bolts, well-spaced, etc. etc. YOu get the picture.
