Dbl buttshot on Gear and Moaning

Average Rating = 2.50/5 Dbl buttshot on Gear and Moaning

John de-snagging the line as I lead past first roof on Gear and Moaning. Lot of thin pro and a few bolts make this long line exciting and thought-provoking when it comes to reducing rope drag. Melinda M. took on nikon digital 061205.

Laurel was so happy when she passed the first crux that she couldn't stop smiling. Of course, there was more to come since the end is as difficult. She's about to pass the bulge. Lou took on canon digital 053105.

Brett & Manny on FA of Transmission

Average Rating = 3.56/5 Brett & Manny on FA of Transmission

We did the whole route, the previous two pitches had been worked by Jeremy and crew. I am just getting into the 3rd pitch, hands to small roof to ow. Definitely the fun stuff. This route takes everything from smallest gear to a #6 friend. Jeremy S. took on 032304.

Snowy day after the FA Shelley's Whiteout

Average Rating = 3.60/5 Snowy day after the FA Shelley's Whiteout

I had a great wet cold day and cold climbing. It warmed up enough to finish the FA on this snowy day. I am passing the second piece, a small nut and thinking of the overhung leaning dihedral above. Even the ledges felt scary. Had a great time doing it all. It is a solid piece of rock, thanks to Jon. Shelley took on nikon digital 120404.
