This climb is across the Virgin Gorge River about three miles from the end of the paved part of the canyon.

The Moonlight Buttress is very cold and very hard. I do not suggest doing it in the dead of winter.

Do not let the sun fool you. It was much colder than we thought and it took away our energy much faster than we imagined.

Life on the wall is different than you would expect. Your life, your food, and your home... everything is right in front of you.

This is the hardest climb I have ever done in my life. It took all of my focus to keep up the pace in the cold.
