Ramped It

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Ramped It

Fun Route. A local classic from what I understand. I am just starting to develope my trad climbing, so it's nice to have such a perfect crack to play on. There is one little crux at the top. Nothing too hard, but it did make me chalk my hands (you can see a lot of protection up there).

This is a second run up The Ramp after leading it. I just wanted to find a better way to do the top half.

My rack

Average Rating = 0.00/5 My rack

Finaly got a real rack after not climbing for like 6 years. Can't wait to hit up everything in SD. Then move on to Joshua Tree now that I'm in Cali. I have an ATC too, but it's on my friends sling right now.

Through the Crack

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Through the Crack

This is a cool shot taken through a giant crack in a boulder at Middle earth in Mission Gorge. You can see the nice cliffs on the other side of the Gorge that you are not allowed to climb on.

Mere Bere Rock (Parson's Landing, Catalina Island, California)

Average Rating = 3.00/5 Mere Bere Rock (Parson's Landing, Catalina Island, California)

This is a great place to spend the weekend if you enjoy the outdoors. Parson's Landing is a small campground/beach that is 2 miles from anything. Boat-in or pack-in.

Iguana Climber

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Iguana Climber

When I was down in Mexico over the summer I got this awsome picture of the beach at Tulum with an Iguana on the Rock in the bottom left hand corner. He is a little hard to see at first, but believe me. You don't have any trouble seeing them at Tulum. There are a million of them. But more importantly the climbing there was great.

Stryder On Strider Face

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Stryder On Strider Face

My name is Styder. I love climbing in San Diego. When I found out that there was a cliff here called Middle Earth I knew I had to check it out. After spending some time there I learned that there was a rout that held my very name. With an (i) instead of a (y). So I set out to climb it. So here I am. Stryder climbing Strider Face.
