I fell after almost clipping the rope in the anchor. I fell straight to the bolt second from the last. There is a sweet jug to the right of the anchor, a bit above the anchor. I did not know this and was trying to clip in while I was under it.

This was my son and my first trip to Arkansas. I had lead this earlier, top roped him, now I'm on way back up to clean our gear.
