Me on Fine NineLeading up fine nine- one of the more delicate routes in Jackson Falls b/c of the start and feet, but not necessarily that difficult. Fun!

Running out Lefty CrackAya getting ready to head up the easy runout route "lefty crack", just left (and veering left... wonder how they got that name?) of "lovely arete". I think it was one of her first trad leads.

Larry Lin on Hidden Treasure (5.12a) at Jackson FallsAfter climbing the Lovely Arete to the left of this route I managed to convince Larry to climb Hidden Treasure (mostly because I knew the pics would turn out good). Larry left some skin behind but I think he'll be quite happy with the photos.

Working a classic. My friend Vanessa took this picture of a climber leading Lovely Arete, I liked the way the spectators are all focused on what is happening.

Beggining the Crux TraverseMy third redpoint attempt on Hidden Treasure(5.12a). Second time I fell at the first bolt, this time I made it through the crux but bailed right before the last bolt. Fourth time I got it!

"Lovely Arete"Here she is getting a top-belay on "Lovely Arete" (11a). She had to use a lot of fancy footwork to get past one of the tougher cruxes-- the leader dynoed it and barely made it. This is a classic Jackson Falls route.

Crack Thrills! This was my first 5.7 trad lead, and while it looks like there are bomber holds everywhere, there really aren't. The crack is very deep, but rounds out on the inside, making placements difficult, and the face is primarily rounded off slopers slopers.

Lovely AreteThis is a very fun climb, until just past the first bolt (which is on the left edge, at my waist), that's when the real work kicks in on this beautiful 11a sandstone. It's far beyond my capabilities, but I simply had to try it anyway!
