I spotted a good fourth-class line going up one of the red-rocks at Garden of the Gods. My friends and I were rewarded at the end with this cool cave perched high on the cliffside.

The line was too good to pass up - steep, solid rock. Too bad it spit me off...

After a 10 mile bike ride out of Creel, Chihuahua, we arrived in the Valley of the Monks (or, as the native Tarahumarans refer to it, 'The Valley of the Erect Penises). This place offers some really cool trad style climbing on suprisingly sturdy volcanic tuft. In the corner, you can see my cousin talking to a Tarahumaran boy who watched us and the group we were with climb for a bit.
