I just had to tell my feet not to slip. I didn't want to do that move twice.

I was very nervous 30-40 feet above the anchor and nothing but friction ahead of me.

I can't wait to come back and see this in the fall or when the Mtn Laurel is in bloom.

I was so glad to stand at this tree and stretch my calves. Grabbed this picture before continuing upward.

I finally found the boulder after six trips to Haycock. It was worth the wait though.

I really enjoyed the 5.3 climb to get to this point. One can only imagine what this would look like in the fall.
