After grabbing the onsight of Barbeque The Pope,I thought it would be fun to top rope the infamouse Golgotha5.11b R since there were no crowds that day.Its a sweet line.My sons did the New Testament on the same anchor.They loved it!

Smith Rock Summer of 2009

Gordy just getting started on Roundabout,a crusty ,run out,adventurouse route,with a couple bolts and very little gear placement potential.

Up at the first roof where I realized this was going to be an adveture.

You gotta love those thank god placements that finally pop up.

After doing the first pitch of Roundabout,we decided to venture over to Crash Landing,which we had done berfore and loved.The traverse over there was very crumbly ,but doable and fun.

If I had known there werent hardly any placements ,I would have left most of the gear in the car.Better safe than sorry,I guess.
