On the way in to Solar Slab this Mojave Rattlesnake was basking in the sun....I thought it rather cool for snakes....was around 65 degress.....apparently he did not think so.....makes ya think about all the thrashing one does on backcountry approaches......yikes.....

Orange Out Direct at Oak Creek Canyon overlook is a classic!! Hand jams down low to a jam buldge..then a sickly overhung chimney slot to top out the climb!! Rated 9 plus...hmmmm.....at least there is killer pro!! Do it!!! Photo on Canon digital..by Sprite...

The "bouldery 5.10 alternative start" to the classic 5.9 Iasiah...just a little thin witha cross over move..then a committing mantle above...then off to the races with a killer jammen crack..as seen above and slanting off right....beautiful

Space Shot...from the perspective of the rappel route...had just finished the second rap..and saw some climbers on thier way up..we had just finished..hope they are quick!! Look just left of the great arch. The waterfall was roaring.(.approx. 1000 feet high.).. way cool...DO IT...
