This is one of the caves at White buddha stitched together from a few photos. I have been working a traverse of this area for quite a while, as you can see in my other photos of this area

Biff rapping off lonely boy. You can see the plaque dedicated to the late Todd Guy, who developed many routes in the area.

This gives you an Idea of what the rock is like around the Amphitheatre wall.

This photo shows the rock and vegitation on the rock at Cow Bell Crag. most of the climbs are like face climbs with cracks for pro.

Kanga is the cliff on the left, EEOR is on the right. The routes on EEROR are really nice, I havn't climed on Kanga, but I have heard there is even some Aid (A3+) climbing.

This is the Okotoks Big Rock, as seen from the parking lot. You can see the locals have stolen the informative signs on the blue frames. This rock is about 6 meters (18 feet) tall. There are good problems all around it.

This shot was taken on Nov 23, it was -7C (20 degrees F) and sunny; perfect for climbing. This line starts on a couple micro ledges, and works up an awful face with the right hand in a tiny crack to the overhang. The over hang is about 3.5m (11 feet)up the climb and the landing is terrible even with a pad(large, sharp, steep rocks) it takes alot of guts to make the move over the overhang. My partner had to come spot me so there are no pictures of me falling .. sorry.

The main climbing area is visible in the middle part of this photo .. it is a beautiful setting, and almost wheel-chair accessible

Taken July 6 2002, this photo shows the south-most part of Made in the Shade wall as seen from the main trail. the north part of made in the shade has quite different features.

This is a photo of Yamnuska in Kananaskis Alberta. It is a epic in the making .. apparently there are more retreat slings on these routes than you can shake a stick clip at!

This is me on a route we thought was a 10.a .. it turns out it wasn't even in our book.. I would grade it 5.9, but the bolts were mostly 10-15 feet apart and a fall at any time would not be enjoyable to say the least. There were a few pockets that had obvously been used to place trad pro .. but I didn't have any. Although the climbing aspect of this photo isn't very good, I found it aesthetically pleasing.

This is me making the crux of a cool overhung problem out of a cave.

University of Calgary Bouldering wall. The lights wen't out at 10:00 bouldering in the dark is cool.

located in scenic Panorama Hills of Calgary, this boulder got a park built around it, and nice benches to put on your climbing shoes.

This is me bouldering up the start of some 11.c. I didn't go much higher since the landing isn't very flat.

Nice short 11a. This is a shot of me making the crux move, a tough dead point off a crip with the left had and a tiny pebble on the right foot. This was my first 11.a :)

Cold Day, my hands were so cold I couldn't tell what I was holding onto. My shoes were soaking wet from the snow. After this fall I gave up and used the Draws like a ladder to recover all my gear that my parter managed to put up :)

Beautiful Summer Day in Canmore AB. The crag was busy that day good times where had by all

biff traveresing at Big rock. This rock has been pollished smooth by buffalo over thousands of year. It makes footwork really trickey.

This is the view of mount bogart once you get to the top of the dried creek. The size may not look impressive, but that peak is still a hard 3 hours away.
