North Ridge at Belay Point

Average Rating = 2.88/5 North Ridge at Belay Point

The North ridge of montezuma's tower is a classic climb. The two short pitches go at 5.7. The first half is a little runout. Gary Kimpler is the climber and Larry Shaw is taking the picture. This is a must do route for anyone taking a trip to the garden. The mental crux is halfway up the fin. It narrows to about 1 foot and when it's windy you feel quite exposed.
