This is me at Bluemound state park in Oct. the weather was great but what you cant see is the billions of little knats that came out to enjoy one last day of nice weather with us

This Is the first place I climbed in Bluemound The Quarry, nobody climbs here, the guide book does'nt recomend it but I found some nice cracks. This picture is looking to the south east.

East Street is fun climb with a few challenges for begining climber, the first id the face that you start out on its a little tougher for shorter people, then at the top where the rock turns more white you start to feel really exposed and some people bail

This is the veiw of the tower form the parking lot of the visior's center as we packed to hike up to the base of 'Durance'.

Thats me at the top of the first pitch, it was'nt bad but it got pretty tricky on the top 1/4 of the pillar.

The second pitch is long 70 feet i think and if your not a crack climber it seems alot harder than 5.7, both sides of both of my ankles were bloody after this pitch.

Gulliver's Travels is the route 6 feet left of the inside corner, over the small roof and up the narrow black streak to the left side of the block above. The Falcon guide rates this as a 5.7+ but after climbing it and talking to a local climber I think th

On the left face of an inside corner is a face that leans back, use only the face on the lower part. The arete is on route after the triangular roof. V7.

This route starts in a right facing corner then traverses left to a chock stone, up and over the chock stone straight to the chains, this route is a 5.8- and it's a lot o fun. the hardest moves are topping out from the inside corner and going over the cho

Goofed on skunkweed is fun 5.8- mostly crack climb on an inside corner, its mostly easier than 5.8- but the start is a bit tricky but after that its easy.
