southern roofs

Average Rating = 3.80/5 southern roofs

This is just a small example of what southern sandstone looks like. Most of the sandstone in the south is overhung so if you like pulling roofs start planning your trip now.

great lead on a remote cliff line

Average Rating = 3.89/5 great lead on a remote cliff line

this stewdaddy leading a classic sandstone lead at a remote cliffline in alabama. the route starts in a finger crack and then has a nice traverse about 60 feet up with 2 rusty old petons for pro. the route then follows the arete for the remaining 50 feet
