Description:
On a separate section (AKA Wimpy Wall) that is part of the same buttress as Windward Wall. To get there from the base of Windward Wall, hike about 100' down and around a large rock protrusion to the Southeast, that splits this section off from the main wall. The top of this forms the ledge at the lower base of Science Friction wall. Climb up the easy block “staircase” at the left side of the wall, then up and right on huge handholds, to a ledge that leads out right.Descent Options:
Hike up to a notch in the ridge and north down the coulour on the other side to the trail. Or you can climb or solo(upper left) Science Friction wall directly above to gain the top of the ridge, and follow that East to the trail.

An interesting route. Most of it is fairly easy, but there is a crux where the holds get a bit thin. You traverse across a short strip of protruding holds (I did it as a foot traverse with thin handholds, I think my partner did it as a hand traverse which is more strenuous) in the middle which I thought was about 5.8+. It actually started to rain before I was finished leading, thus the lame name.
