Description:

Hike up the the foot of Flute Glacier and turn left, heading uphill to a big open flat area. One can either go straight up from there (class 4 scrambling) or take the somewhat less strenuous ridge to the right. Either way, one ascends to the summit following an obvious S-shaped gulley. A hundred-feet or so of exposed scrambling on a ridge gains you the summit. Awesome views.

Descent Options:

Same way you got up.
