Description:

Start on the south side of an obvious drainage a mile or so south of the Hoosier Pass summit. Bushwhack through thick brush until hitting treeline in a small valley. Contour around the top of the valley until you reach a willow choked stream. Descend a few hnudred feet and fight through the willows. Past here, the route follows a long broad ridge past many false summits.
This is a long and exhauting climb-the willows can be awful if the snow isn't hardpacked. In a good snow year, bring skis for a more fun descent(though you still have to contend with the willows).
