good ole malibu monkey hang kinda climb. i give it a soft 12a. i related it to the route "Geezer" ( echo cliffs) which is also a soft 12a.
on december of 2007 bad bolt was replaced by myself.

super fun. no real "crux" just some good pullin' most the way up. 3 bolts are now spinners.

My first real project. 2 work sessions. I do not think there is a 12a move on this route but the sustained nature of the route could justify it as a 12a. The bad bolt has been replaced making it a safe lead. Beautiful route and amazing movement, 5 stars.

Awesome movement. Moves felt more like 11+ than 12a, but 12a may be justified because it is fairly sustained. Highly recommended, was the highlight of my day. Oh, and the busted bolt is not on the route, but over to the left. The route is sufficiently protected with an attentive belay.

I didnt see the potential for a ground fall unless your belayer is asleep. I took one or two falls without an issue. I dont agree with the 11c rating...seemed like an accurate 11d/12a to me...unless I missed a hold somewhere.

This route is really enjoyable.
