4 out of 5 stars fun route

good route- still wet at the roof despite a week of sun. not alot of gear needed on this one- mostly thin stuff for the cruxes. nothing bigger than a #2, i think- i used a #3, but only because I lugged it up there...i didnt need to.

4 out of 5 stars woops

Same as that other guy, got on this instead of Diedre somehow... that's what you get for counting on the blind guy to pick the route ~ hahaha! Lots of fun!

5 out of 5 stars Ascent Note

I was going to climb Diedre and ended up climbing this on accident - everyone was confused when I told them about doing a hand traverse under a roof on the climb. It wasn't until a few days later that I figured out what it was that we climbed! Whoops! The climbing here is exhilirating and sustained (especially if you thought it was supposed to be a mellow 5.8), with pretty good protection almost everywhere (except maybe the traversing 2nd pitch). The hardest moves on the route for me was right at the end of the 3rd pitch when the crack thins out to almost nothing and you need to do some thin friction moves up to the ledge. Just gotta trust those feet and go for it!

lead crux pitch (5) and p1 and 3. was still wet and a little sketchy but a fantastic climb well worth doing.
