Great climb. Looking to do Casaval Ridge route next time.

Great climb!

Put your dog in a kennel, it'll make you climb with record speed.

Very little snow on the Mtn. this year. Nothing below Helen Lake. No snow on Misery Hill or summit. Hardest sections for me were climbing through Red Banks and using the poop bag at 14000 feet in the wind. Don't forget acclimation. Several people didn't summit due to AMS.

An excelent first experience ascending a mountain over snow and ice. Expansive views, good conditions, a classic glissade, and a long decent after an early moring gives a true mountaineering experience.

I found this climb to not be much fun. It felt great to summit, but I wasnt feeling it that day

A bit crowded, but sooooo fun. Keep a heads up for rockfall in the afternoon.

We got up at 2:30am which was too early as we summited at 6:30am. Of course it was windy near the summit. It was my first 14'er and I really enjoyed it.

A great route to get a sunburn, bring skis for descent.
