Followed suit with my first outdoor lead route here. Enough space between bolts to make this easy climb a bit more exciting.

It was lengthy between bolts, but the climb itself was relatively straight-forward. This was my 2nd lead (same day, same grouping) and was really a joy. Great feet and some solid hands with a portion in the middle that makes you go hmmmmm, but either direction is a solid route to the 3rd bolt.

The view is awesome, but the sun gets pretty hefty in the early afternoon. I suggest hitting the trail by 9AM in the summer for the best and least dehydrating approach.

The start was really the most fun part. After that, it was bomber slabby with a big ledge. Solid 5.7

Long uphill approach. Should have read a little more into the approach. Bring enough water to hydrate on warm days.
