my first Half dome route and a classic at that..5 days total time climbing and 2 days of humping up the slabs..the rewards of climbing this were many, but the vistas and the silence of the crag make this way more spectacular then El Cap..the extra work to get established is so rewarding...i will definately be going back up to the half shell for more routing.!!!
