Description:
Sit start on the right side of the triangle rock, with shoulders and arms on the front, torso and feet on the side. (wrapped around a corner) Knee bar with the right leg on top of the point, and push up into a left hand press, move the right hand up and lay back along the slope. Keep the feet high and on top of the angle before reaching the pyramid point. Mantle out.

Had to knock off a lot of of moss and lichen, of course most of it ended up in my clothes as i was climbing. Fun easy little warmup.
