5 out of 5 stars "You are deep into the Death Zone my friend"

These were the words of encouragement I got from a climber 5ft above me on a comfy ledge, while I contemplated yet another 5.9 sequence in this beautiful route. Exquisite climbing. But no gear for 40ft. Sustained with the crux just below salvation.
