Hand sized crack 6 Bolts and the Anchor, after the Anchor it goes on 2 Bolts more and you get to the Ledge where you can set up the Belay or Hauling system.Descent Options:
You can Abseil down from the Horizontal Tree. It's the first Route from the right.

A fun, physical climb...
Forum regulars know her intimately as she's the most common exit route. The direct finish past chains to the hanging tree bumps the grade up from a 10a/b to 10b/c. Definitely can go on gear at around PG.
