This route is a classic snow and easy rock climb with fantastic views of the Tetons. It is long though.

The last pitch on this climb is one of my favorites in the Tetons. I climb this route at least once or twice a year. A 25 minute hike from the boat ramp if you take the ferry across Jenny Lake.

Ascent Note
This is a great easy snow climb in early Spring and a 4th class rock route in the summer. The last pitch below the summit reaches about 50 degrees in steepness. It makes for a terrific ski mountaineering trip as well. See A Climber's Guide to the Teton Range (3rd Edition) by Leigh N. Ortenburger, Reynold G. Jackson for more information.
