Is the BC.com coupon that makes everything in the outlet 40% not working anymore? I've used it several times already but I think I changed my IP each time and haven't this time...is that the trick?

It will make any item at least 40% off, but if you notice, most of the items are already 40% off or more. It doesn't take say, 40% more off of something that is already 40% or more off.

Is this a coupon code to be used in the cart? I've tried 10 times to order the custom shoes and can't seem to check out successfully. I've tried in IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, site just doesn't work.

What browser were you using? I can get to the add to basket screen, cannot get past that. Left side of the screen is a gray box which just says sign in. Keep clicking add to basket and I get " Please Confirm Your Billing Address Is The Same As The Billing Address Of Your Credit Card." In which I haven't entered any yet because there is no place to.

Once you add it to the basket you have to click checkout on the upper right side...I had the same problem.
