I think it's time for a post where all us mom and dad climbers get to show off our little bundles of joy climbing. And to start it off, here are two of my little guys climbing for the first time. Jacob is 5 and Samuel is 3. Here we are climbing at Camelback Mountain in Phoenix. Please brag away! Looking over Phoenix after making it to the top of our route. Jacob (5) Samuel (3) This is the path we took to the top GT

your little girl looks like she's got it down. look at that technique! I'm trying to get my son to climb but...its hard convincing his mom that a 3 month old baby can be safely fastened in a harness. oh well..guess I have to wait a couple more months.

Soon Mr. Braun is going to discover jacking off, he probably won't be able to find time to climb again until he's 18, so go easy on him.

Aww. Come on. I'd say you can pick on a 16-year-old, but not a 14-year-old. Meanwhile, GT, the wee Dr. Seuss backpack just tickles me.

Here a couple pics of my kids. They're from a year ago though. First one is of Jake climbing at Big Rock. Showing every one how to get er done. This past spring I took him out and he got a full 100 feet up on TR, with much better style. Second is of me with Jake and Mark hiking around Vasquez Rocks. The last is of my daughter Elizabeth crawling solid class 3 around Vasquez before she could walk. Don

This is my nephew at 14 months old. He is almost three and I want take him out. My other nephew just figured out how to push himself off the floor. When they get older...Auntie will take them out. They also live in Northern California. So that means good rock.
