First few moves on traffic jam

This part of the canyon is home of the most beautiful crack routes in Aculco, say Cabaretera,Heno de Pavia,Laberinto,El Libro, Psicosis,La Muralla de los sentidos,El Nopal,Sinfonia de Hojas Secas,Puños del 11 y La Proa just to name the classics mostly rated 5.9-5.10.......

Rodolfo Cruz in Hormigas (direct start)....the crux is where crak becomes bigger at the middle of pitch....

Additionally to the bolted routes there are some nice cracks for enjoying your habilities....Miguel Osornio Climbing a nice crack for fingers, rap anchors on top......

The second pitch crux is a roof with a fist crack or layback on smooth face and a rounded edge. Took me a few trys to go for it. A bolt went in above the crux (after the crack).

Middle flake is only real trad route in this area.

We did a three pitch route up the tallest part of Christopher Creek Gorge. This is Steve Tweito (Mark Trainor below) finishing the second pitch. A great partner and good man.

These two guys showed up earlier than us and raced to the top while hauling a pack. Nice job.
