About Sheeps Tor:

Short tor to the east of burrator reservoir. South faceing with generally good gear placements. Not exactly part of the Dewerstone, but regarded as such. Warning: this crag has become a favourite with a few local outdoor centres. The instructors are generally v. good and keep the groups under control, however they do tend to monopolise the short routes (particularly the three overhang cracks, and two VDiffs at the right hand end of the crag.) Be prepared to queue for these easier routes, and fight to find anchor placements at the top! It's also v. exposed up here so take a windblock.
